HZYWELL Technology Co., Ltd warrants to the original end user customer of its products that its chemical pump products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Except as provided herein, HZYWELL makes no express warranties, and any implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the written limited warranties contained herein.
Except as provided herein, HZYWELL shall have no liability or responsibility to its customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use or performance of the chemical pump or arising out of any breach of this warranty, including, but not limited to, any damages resulting from inconvenience, loss of time, data, property, revenue or profit or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if HZYWELL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, you must contact HZYWELL via sales phone number or email address by providing necessary pictures or videos of the defective pump products. HZYWELL will send replacement accessories.
All replaced parts and products become the property of HZYWELL. Repaired or replacement parts and products are warranted for the remaining term of the original warranty period. You will be charged for materials and labor or replacement of the product after the expiration of the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
(a) Damage or failure caused by acts of God, abuse, accident, drop, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightning, excess or reverse voltage/current, or exposure to excessive corrosive medium, high temperature, dampness or moisture;
(b) Removal of or tampering with any attached labels, nameplates, control knobs, pump housings, protective covers, hardware or fasteners;
(c) Use of power supply, motors, pipelines or supporting parts not supplied or specified by HZYWELL for matched use with the pumps;
(d) Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the chemical pump;
(e) Cosmetic damage, surface rust and coating wear;
(f) Transportation, shipping, or insurance costs;
(g) Costs of pump removal, installation, commissioning, service adjustment, or reinstallation;
(h) Cracking, abrasion, scratching, aging or breakage of pump seals, impellers, bearings and flow parts;
(i) Operation under abnormal mechanical, pressure, temperature or corrosive working conditions;
(j) Products sold as second-hand, refurbished or used goods;
(k) Products transported, shipped, purchased, or resold outside regions where relevant product compliance certification has been obtained.
